PROGRESS?


Here are just a few pics. But I think I am going to take them every few weeks so I can really tell a difference. 










Well, I can't tell much of a difference which is why I am going to limit the photos. Maybe every two weeks?? HAHAHAHA!!!! We shall see!

 I am going to start writing about the supplements I am taking as they seem to be working for me.

Today, I did triceps and biceps. I mixed up the supplement schedule like this:

Upon waking/Pre-workout -
                        3 BCAA
                        Myofusion shake with soy milk (1/2 serving)
                        1/2 tsp. Glutamine
Intra -
            Sizeon pre contest ( 1 scoop with 32 oz. water)

Post workout -
                        3 BCAA
                        Myofusion shake with soy milk (full serving)
                        1 tsp. Glutamine
Bedtime -
                        same as post except no BCAA


I had an amazing workout and had sustained energy throughout the day. I will keep my schedule like this for a while and add the Arginine and Casein when I get them in the mail!!! Yipee!!!!

EATING CLEAN

I have to admit I started working out with a pretty clean diet all ready. We are a heathy family. No red meat or poultry, only fish and LOADS of fresh veggies. We even take our vitamins everyday. I am going to include, from time to time, a sample diet plan including supplements.
Essentially, I will maintain that diet throughout each week only substituting a protein or carb and shuffling around some of my supplementation until I figure out what works best.

8am - Pre Workout meal
1 cup oatmeal (3 sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter)
1/2 red apple

8:30am - Workout
Supplements- (intra) Sizeon Pre contest (1 scoop with 32 ounces of water)

9:30am - Post Workout
1 scoop Myofusion with soy milk
3 BCAA

11:30am - egg white scramble w/sliced grape tomatoes, spinach and bell pepper
1 slice toast (3 sprays of ICBINB)
Supplements - 1 Pro Woman multi

2pm - rice cake with peanut butter

4:30pm - baked white fish
1 cup broccoli
1 cup brown rice

7:30 pm - rice cake with peanut butter or 12 raw almonds

10pm-10:30pm - Myofusion
1 tsp. Glutamine

Sleep!!!!!

Well, here is an example of one day. It is hit or miss as the supplements are still new to my body and I have to adjust depending on when I wake up or if I had a really hard workout.
I am actually going to add a few more supps to my arsenal, Arginine and Casein.
Definitely going to shuffle up the supplements as my workout was pretty tough to get through. Granted, I am training pretty heavy now.

SUPPLEMENTS ARRIVED!!!

Well, my supplements arrived in the mail on my birthday the 21st. Happy Birthday to me!!! I have to say that I wussed out and only took 3 BCAA's as opposed to 6 before workout and half a scoop of Sizeon during cause I was a little nervous of the effects right away. Albeit I DID drink 2 16ltr bottles during and had a hard time getting those down in 45 minutes!!

I did arms today and my diet has been pretty clean. Felt moody earlier but I am all right. The workout was pretty tough as I am training heavy anyway. The only thing I noticed was that I was completely fatigued afterward. Thinking its my diet and NOT the sups!!

I am going to try to cut myself some slack because I don't need to lean out for a looooong time. I'm thinking end of April. Still concentrating on form, diet and increasing muscle.

Did a BMI today. At 5'6" I am 25.71% body fat and 87.663 fat free body weight.

It feels like a long road but I know I will get there.

Going to look at the schedule for the contest in June.

MY BEFORE SHOTS





Well, I can see a little "abness" happening but def see the fat layer on top. while these photos were being taken my expression is that of confidence. Confidence that because I had been working out since the end of September and I had never seen a photo of me taken like this, I was feel'n hot! The mirrors in the gym deceived me!! AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH! I actually shed a tear from this little photo shoot!




If I had to pick a shot from these that I kind of like , it would be this. While I can't see the definition in my arms yet. They have grown in size.




Oh boy! This is hard to look at. That booty needs some attention! Need to concentrate on my glutes instead of tagging them on at the end. See, looking at these photos IS helpful!


My shoulders are getting there. Definitely see growth there. Need to really build my delts. traps and lats.




Starting to see some definition in my calves but need to really target my glutes and hams.




Seriously thought my quad was bulging here. Ummm, not so much. Yep, work must be done!

Well, this has actually been insightful and educational for me. Going to do a photo shoot a week, for myself. I need to know that I am making strides.

When I started this entry I was really down on myself but I have turned it around now. My goal is to enter a figure contest. I want to gain muscle mass and lose some body fat. I know I can do it!!!

Looking at these pictures now inspires me to be better and not be too hard on myself.

Well, time to plan tomorrows diet and workout. Nighty night!

Getting started!

Well, here I am!! So excited to get this new blog going!!! Starting out with a great back routine today! Yipeeee!!! Come on muscles. Just ordered my Myofusion, Sizeon and BCAA's last night and wish they were here all ready!!! Love the Myofusion chocolate and only have two scoops left! Yipes!!! Talk soon :-)
