Well, my supplements arrived in the mail on my birthday the 21st. Happy Birthday to me!!! I have to say that I wussed out and only took 3 BCAA's as opposed to 6 before workout and half a scoop of Sizeon during cause I was a little nervous of the effects right away. Albeit I DID drink 2 16ltr bottles during and had a hard time getting those down in 45 minutes!!
I did arms today and my diet has been pretty clean. Felt moody earlier but I am all right. The workout was pretty tough as I am training heavy anyway. The only thing I noticed was that I was completely fatigued afterward. Thinking its my diet and NOT the sups!!
I am going to try to cut myself some slack because I don't need to lean out for a looooong time. I'm thinking end of April. Still concentrating on form, diet and increasing muscle.
Did a BMI today. At 5'6" I am 25.71% body fat and 87.663 fat free body weight.
It feels like a long road but I know I will get there.
Going to look at the schedule for the contest in June.
