Getting started!

Well, here I am!! So excited to get this new blog going!!! Starting out with a great back routine today! Yipeeee!!! Come on muscles. Just ordered my Myofusion, Sizeon and BCAA's last night and wish they were here all ready!!! Love the Myofusion chocolate and only have two scoops left! Yipes!!! Talk soon :-)

MY JOURNEY

I am a 45 year old stay at home mommy to an adorable 2 1/2 year old. My love for bodybuilding began a very long time ago. I picked up a copy of Rachel McLishs book Flex Appeal in the 80's and started training immediately. I started seeing gains right away by following the strict weight gain diet and excercises from her book. I knew I would have no trouble gaining some mass. Ok, that was in my 20's! Now I am in my mid 40's and I wonder if that adage still holds true! Well, I started training again on Sept. 29 supplementing only with Gaspari Myofusion, Glutamine, Pro-Woman Multi and NO2 Platinum. For the first 6 weeks I did two excercises per body part. 3 sets/ 12 reps. Now I am lifting heavy, flirting with failure. Two muscle groups per workout day. Alternating abs and calves every other work out. 3 sets/ 8 reps. Starting to work in static contractions and drop sets. I work out now 5 - 6 days a week. I wish I had a before picture. Oh well, but I will start with how I look now on Dec. 20 and record my transformation from there. I will also include what I eat and everything I learn along the way!
